OTHERS INDUSTRONICS BERHAD (“ITRONIC” OR “THE COMPANY”) – MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH EDUSPEC HOLDINGS BERHAD (“EDUSPEC”)

The Board of Directors of ITRONIC wishes to announce that ITRONIC had on 21 January 2022 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with Eduspec Holdings Berhad to discuss and negotiate in greater detail on entering into a joint venture agreement (“JVA”) for the purpose of setting up a Special Purpose Vehicle (“SPV”) company to offer electronic hardwares and school equipments to over 10,000 schools in Malaysia by way of instalments, leasing or rental.
