OTHERS INDUSTRONICS BERHAD (ITRONIC OR THE COMPANY) – Extension of Time for Issuance of Quarterly Report

Following the Movement Control Order 3.0 implemented by the Government of Malaysia to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has vide its letter dated 21 May 2021 granted a 1-month extension of time up to 30 June 2021 for listed issuers to submit their quarterly reports which are due on 31 May 2021.

The Board of Directors of ITRONIC wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the 1-month extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and hence will issue ITRONIC’s unaudited quarterly report for the first quarter ended 31 March 2021 on or before 30 June 2021.
