MULTIPLE PROPOSALS INDUSTRONICS BERHAD (“ITRONIC” OR THE “COMPANY”) (I) PROPOSED ISSUANCE RCPS; AND (II) PROPOSED AMENDMENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “PROPOSALS”)

We refer to the announcements in relation to the Proposals dated 13 February 2020 (“Initial Announcement”) and 13 March 2020. For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Initial Announcement unless otherwise defined herein.

Reference is made to the Initial Announcement in relation to the Proposals.

M&A Securities, on behalf of the Board, wishes to announce that the Itronic had on 6 April 2020 entered into a supplemental agreement with the Subscriber (“Supplemental Agreement”) to vary, modify, substitute, alter and amend certain terms and relevant provisions of the Subscription Agreement as set out in the attachment below.
