Further to the announcement dated 13 February 2020, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Company wishes to announce that the listing application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as well as the application to Bank Negara Malaysia in relation to the Proposals has been submitted on 13 March 2020.
